BTW, there are things about the TB you may not think are a big deal now, but you may change your mind when you get it.
My first experience with that was the jumps. While I have multiple devices, I didn't think it would be that big a deal since I almost always do typing just on the mac, other then very short things on the phone if I'm out so I use the glass in those cases. But once I could do jumps so easily, I changed my mind.
Same with the boundaries. When we can't change them, as is the case with the typical keyboard, we don't think it would matter much. But that's only because you have no choice so you just accept it. But when you can change them, it is a much bigger deal. For example, I had trouble with my dvorak layout with K and X (V/B on qwerty). I'd often get the X instead of K, especially if the prior letter was an I since that is on the G key. So typing "like" was a typical problem for me as it would come out as "lixe". Of course, practice made me better, but I could still expect to get that error several times a day. Something that in the past I would just have accepted as pretty good.
But when they added that boundary option and I changed it, that problem has almost entirely disappeared. In those 17,550 characters I've done in the last 54 minutes of testing, I didn't get a single one of those errors. And in all my other typing combined for days I think I've only seen it once. Suddenly the old pattern of occasional errors would just not be acceptable to me now!
Of course, K is not the most common of letters, especially when it's only certain combinations that make the problem show up, but there are others. For example T/W (K/comma on qwerty). I don't have as long a track record on that one because they only recently made an adjustment to it, but since then I've done at least 34 tests and only had two errors with those common letters. Since they happened on the same test, there is a very good chance I simply was sloppy with my finger placement to start. I've seen that before - an error I normally won't see and then suddenly get several of them in one test, but the following tests it is gone.
Many other things I won't detail which you only appreciate after some time using it (keyboard editing options, macros, number lock, etc).
