Modified Order no refund for two months

Hi @waytools, Just curious about the status of my refund?
I changed my order from 6 and went down to 1 on September 23, and got an auto response that “WayTools staff is helping with your order, and will send a follow-up e-mail soon.”
Then on Sept 25 I emailed ask@waytools.com because I had not yet received said email. (Case #PZXZWQGN)
Is there something I’m doing wrong? I’ve checked my spam folder more than I’d like at this point.
Any update would be greatly appreciated.
