Than you - I've been waiting for someone to confirm that it's not just me who thinks WT have done an astonishing job of impossibly complexifying what ought to be pretty simple. It's a keyboard, for heaven's sake, it should be plug'n play! (Well, OK, pair'n play for the pedant's amongst us!)
What on earth the rest of it is all about absolutely defeats me - but it is no part of what I signed up for when I placed my order exactly one year and ten days ago. Not that I care any more - I bailed when it became apparent that not only were they not delivering, but that what they were talking about bore virtually no resemblance to what I had ordered.
As for your final remark, what can one say? They're idiots! If they had delivered a basic functioning keyboard, even if a month or so late, they'd have avoided all the unpleasantness in here, retained their credibility, had an income to support their cash-flow (because assuming it was even half-way good there would have been further sales!) and they would have been able to concentrate on building the "super-deluxe" of "ultimate" or whatever product they think what they are talking about now may (or may not - I'm guessing not!) turn out to be. Better, they'd have been able to do it without all the pressure, so the could have had time to make considered and sensible decisions. What they actually did was just idiotic.
