Just so I’m sure what you are describing - your order page keeps jumping to the standard opening page you would get if you entered WayTools.com ?
And if you try to hit the back arrow for your status, it just goes back to the other page again?
If so, I’ve had that happen a couple times and as I recall, to get it to work again, I had to get the email they sent me confirming my order and click on the link from there again. Then it was fine.
As for not being able to change anything in Firefox, it could be related. I can tell you that just now on my iPhone using safari I could get to the change page.
