That is without doubt the most frustrating thing about this wonderful keyboard for us non-TREG-ers: the lack of regular updates.
I feel it is even more frustrating than the lack of textblade on my desk right now more than two years after I ordered it,
I can intellectually understand why the textblade is not on my desk, but the only reasons I can come up for the delay in communications are always negative. It's pretty annoying. ( I mean, no news for two weeks is like: yay, they finished everything and they are shipping and want to surprise us! 4+ weeks : uh oh, they found another design or implementation flaw and they have to remanufacture all their keyboard all over again! and that will introduce its own chances of new design or implementation flaws!!! nooooooo!)
Seriously @waytools, please communicate on a regular basis. At minimum once a month, though once a week would be perfect.
